What You Need
- A Heima account
- A Space with a Meal Planner
- A DAKboard account (free plan works)
Step 1: Get Your Heima Meal Calendar Link
- Open Heima
- Go to Meal Planner
- Tap the calendar icon
- Choose Subscribe to Calendar
- Tap Copy URL
You’ll get a link that looks like this:
webcal://goheima.app/api/v1/meal-planner/calendar.ics?space_id=...&account_id=...
This is a live calendar feed that updates automatically.
Step 2: Add the Calendar to DAKboard
- Log in to your DAKboard account
- Open your screen layout
- Add a Calendar Block
- Choose Add Calendar
- Select Subscribe via URL (iCal)
- Paste your Heima calendar link
⚠️ If DAKboard doesn’t accept webcal://, change it to:

Save — and you’re done.
Step 3: Customize the Display
