Heima
Does Heima work on multiple devices?
Yes. Heima works on iPhone, Android, tablets, and desktop browsers, and your data stays synced across all devices. The same account can be used anywhere.
Can I track spending from shopping trips?
Yes. When you attach receipts or complete shopping sessions, Heima can track what you bought and how much you spent. Premium users can also see deeper insights and trends over time.
Can Heima help manage chores and tasks?
Absolutely. You can create shared to-do lists, assign tasks to specific household members, and set up recurring chores like weekly cleaning or taking out the trash. Heima also keeps a history of completed tasks.
Does Heima support meal planning?
Yes. You can plan meals for the week, organize recipes, and generate a shopping list based on the ingredients you need. This makes it easier to plan dinners and shop efficiently.
Can multiple people use the same shopping list?
Yes. Shopping lists in Heima are shared in real time. When someone adds or checks off an item, everyone in the space sees the update immediately, helping avoid duplicate purchases or forgotten items.
How do shared spaces work?
Heima organizes everything inside a Space, which represents a household or group. When you invite people to a space, they instantly share the same shopping lists, tasks, calendars, and chats. Changes made by one person are visible to everyone else.
What is Heima?
Heima is an all-in-one household management app that helps families organize everyday life. Instead of using separate apps for shopping lists, meal planning, calendars, chores, and messaging, Heima brings everything together in one shared space for your household.
Who is Heima designed for?
Heima is built for families, couples, roommates, and shared households who want a simple way to coordinate daily life. If you manage groceries, chores, schedules, or meals together with others, Heima helps keep everyone in sync.
Why can I not find the products I am looking for?
We are constantly working to add more products. The products available in the app are mainly added by you as users. If the product does not exist, you can scan the barcode on the product and then fill out the form that appears, add the product. After an approval, the product will be available to everyone in the app. Heima's product engine also searches for products based on this barcode you scanned, and if this product is found in open APIs, this product will be added. If the quality of the information about the product is not satisfactory, you will have a dialogue about adding missing information
How do I cancel my Heima Premium subscription?
Heima Premium subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you started your subscription. Because of this, subscriptions must be canceled through the same platform.
Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period, even after cancellation.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)
1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find and tap Heima
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
6. Confirm the cancellation
You will keep access to Premium features until the current subscription period ends.
Cancel on Android (Google Play Store)
1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
4. Tap Subscriptions
5. Select Heima
6. Tap Cancel subscription
7. Follow the confirmation steps
Your Premium access will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.

How do I share a shopping list?
To share a shopping list, you can either create a new site or share one you already have. To share a site with someone, go to "Settings" -> "Sites" -> "Select site to share" -> "Invite user". If the site is private, you can edit the site and select a site type that suits the relationship you have with those you are sharing with, such as "Family" or "Household."

Why is this an app?
Busy days in a family belong, where the dinner is to be planned, the food is to be bought, the kids are to be picked up and delivered to leisure activities and who has a birthday when? I myself have encountered challenges when all this has to be organized, there are quickly many apps on the phone, reminders on the fridge and notes that disappear. That's why I have developed Heima, the app that will help solve everyday challenges and gather the logistics in the home in one place.

To change your account information, simply log in to your account either in the app or on go to auth.crudus.app and update your information.
